History of the Town of Milford, Worcester, Massachusetts, from Its First Settlement to 1881, p. 832, says "According to the 'Hunt Genealogy' [ p. 122 ], she was a dr. of Ebenezer Phillips of Grafton, and gd. dr. of Rev. Ebenezer Phillips, a Bap. minister; and was born March 7, 1749. I have been unable to trace her pedigree to complete satisfaction."
Note from the death record that the age at death on the gravestone would appear to go with the date 7 May 1820, giving her birth as 21 Feb 1749, while the date from the town records (22 Mar), would give the birthdate found in the Hunt Genealogy.
