Robert Fuller of Salem, Massachusetts and Some of His Descendants makes Mary mother of Elisha, b. 1720 by age at death, but his parentage is under question, and even if proven, he seems unlikely to be Mary's child, so estimates of her death in 1720 would be wrong, since they seem based on his birth. What seems definite is that David had a child by a second wife in 1721, so Mary must have died sometime between 1713 and then.
