Mary Oliver Woollcott had Fred Woollcott". The silhouette hangs in the desk that belonged to Samantha Todd Stanier and William Woollcott Stanier in Youngstown, OH from 1975 to 2005. There is a matching sketch of "William Oliver" written on the back. William Oliver is presumed to be the brother of Mary Jane Oliver. They are very similar in ages.
