1796---April 21, James Stuart and Robert McClenachan, surety. James Stuart and Mary Kinny, daughter of Moses Kenney late of Pennsylvania. Mary was born 27th April 1774. "The subscriber made oath before me that Mary Kenney now resides in this county, and has lived on the Middle River upwards of three months. Augusta County, April 21, 1796. Jas. Stuart, A. Humphreys."
