"Child Ireland, b. say 1637; apparently living in 1651 [Wethersfield Hist 2:458]; no further record. … Stiles included in his account of this immigrant the statement that his children were 'Martha and Mary, whose portions (£30) was delivered to their stepfather (Burrows) by John Latimer, of Wethersfield, in 1651' [Wethersfield Hist 2:458]. The document supporting this statement has not been found. This is the only source found so far for the name of the second child."
