    SMITH, Mary, w. William, [died] March 23, 1760, in 82d year. G.S.
[Age 81, birth about 1679. Unfortunately Find A Grave has no image, so it is not clear if they actually saw the gravestone, and this transcription is not printed clear enough to be sure what they meant. Given the age at death, it seems possible that the death date might actually be 1769, making the birth about 1687-8. The footnotes of the "Old Northwest" article say that the Smith family did not move to Rutland until 1765, a statement also found in the History of Rutland. So, if Mary Smith d. 1760, she should be buried in Weston.]
