Mary's father's will of 1717 calls her Mary Snow. By age, it is suspected (very speculative!!) that she is the wife of James Snow of Lancaster (son of James2, grandson of Richard1 Snow of Woburn). But no evidence can be found and coverage on this family is very sparse. Lancaster records show the admission of Mary Snow to the church 1 May 1709 (another one on 30 Dec 1716), and the baptism of children ("of James", mother not named) Mary (15 Jan 1709-10), Abigail (12 Dec 1711), Samuel (28 Aug 1715), Ebenezer (1 Sep 1717), Sarah (7 Feb 1719/20), James (13 Jan 1722-3). Joseph Snow is baptized 27 Jan 1716-17, "Son of Mary Snow".
