Mary Marjorie Jackson, 86, of Bloomfield passed away at 8:31 P.M. on Wednesday December 16, 2009 at Bloomington Hospital.
Born September 29, 1923 in Bloomfield she was the daughter of Cyrus and Mary (Lyons) Hash.
Mary was a homemaker and a member of the Solsberry American Legion Auxiliary Post # 450 and the Cincinnati Christian Church.
Surviving relatives include three sons Garry Jackson and his wife Debbie of Bloomfield, Allen Jackson and his wife Vicky of Solsberry and Rodney Jackson and his wife Julie of Westphilia. Seven grandchildren Leslie Pope (Travis) of Bloomfield, Lacey Jackson of Solsberry, Michelle Jackson of Solsberry, Shawn Jackson of Utah, Kimberly Barns (Tim) of Linton, Tonya Brewer (Eric) of Linton and Jana Waggoner (Eric) of Lyons. Eight great grandchildren Gage Pope and Greyson Pope both of Bloomfield, Zachary Waggoner and Madison Waggoner both of Lyons, Shawn Hastings of Utah, Jace Brewer, Megan Barns, Courtney Barns all of Linton.
Preceded in death by her husband Uland H. "Red" Jackson on November 23, 2006, two brothers Doey Has and Happy Hash and her parents.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. on Sunday December 20, 2009 and 9:30 am until the hour at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Services will be at 10:30 A.M. on Monday December 21, 2009 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Tony Stinson and Rev. Henry Mann Jr. officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.
The family wishes any donations be made to the Cincinnati Christian Church in care of Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
