  2. ↑ No daughter Mary is mention nor receives any share in the division of her father's estate (9 Mar 1735/36: double share to Jeremiah Foster eldest son, Abigail [wife of Dan'll Safford in bond], Sarah (wife of John Rust in bond), Abraham, Jeudath, and Nath'll. Essex Probate 9794). On 20 May 1730, Abigail Foster gives bonds to be guardian of her children: Jeremiah about 19, Judith about 17, Abrah'a about 13, and Nath'll about 11 [i.e., no daughter Mary needing guardian so had died by this date] (Essex Probate 9886).
