Mary, wife of Elias G. Saul died of stomach troubles at 3:30 pm Wednesday in the 68th year of her age, at her residence, 301 North Tenth. She had been ill from stomach troubles two weeks, but the direct cause of death was apoplexy, with which she was struck about 11:30 o'clock Wednesday morning.

Mrs Saul was the daughter of Mr and Mrs George Christman, both deceased and was born in Oley. She was a member of St John's Reformed Church and leaves, besides her husband the following named sons and daughters, all of this city. Lizzie, wife of Percival Scheck; Malinda, wife of Daniel Graul; Mary, wife of Henry Reitz; Lillie, wife of Benjamin Christman; Callie(sic), (Carrie) wife of Thomas Fessler; J.L.R. Saul and John and Jonas Fick, the two last named being sons from a previous marriage. There also remains a brother, George Christman living in Oley and a sister Eliza wife of Simon Hill this city.
