  3. Source:Randall, Eunice Kelley Gidley. David O'Killia the Immigrant of Old Yarmouth, Massachusetts with His Descendants and Allied Families, 1652-1962, p. 125, says Mary Anne Baker m. (1) James Lewis Jr., m. (2) Samuel Trott, with no further information given (i.e., no dates, children, etc.) This is probably taken from Source:Smith, Leonard H. Cape Cod Library of Local History and Genealogy, p. 1755, and is probably correct as far as it goes, based on James and Mary Lewis naming a daughter Hannah Tabor Lewis in 1848.

However, the death record cited, which is clearly Mary Anne, identifies her as widow Nickerson. So either she married a third time, or the death was misrecorded. No record of a third marriage has been found.
