    It was a different Mary Abbe who married James Pease (see Abbe Genealogy correction). No Pease daughter, son-in-law or grandchildren were mentioned in Thomas's will.

    A section called NOTES ON ABBE GENEALOGY explicitly corrects the information on page 1:14 as follows:
    'It was [Thomas and Sarah (Fairfield) Abbe's daughter] Mary Abbe's (28) cousin Mary, daughter of John, that married James Pease.'
