Passed away at the Nemaha Valley Community Hospital, Seneca, KS Born at Centralia, KS to Duane Albert and Ruth Kay Ice. He graduated from Centralia High School in 1947. Married Anna Mae Quinlan in Centralia on Feb 12, 1950. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and was honorably discharged on June 30, 1960. He was a member of United Methodist Church in Centralia, Secica masonic Lodge 39, the NEMAR Shrine Club and the Arab Shrine Temple in Topeka. Survivors are his wife, Anna Mae of the home,a son Dennis Duane Ice and his wife Elaine, Meridan, a daughter Kay Brooks and husband Danny of Wamego, a nephew Deland Cooper and his wife Glenda, Mt. Home, Ark. and four grandchildren. Funeral services were held May 3, 2007 at the United Methodist Church, Centralia. Burial was in Centralia Cemetary with full military honors provided by an honor guard detail from Offutt Air Force Base, Omaha, Neb., and by Armstrong Moyer American Legion Post No. 216.
