Vol. 5, p. 486 Will of "Martha Hagget, being sick & weak in body, but in perfect mind & memory", dated 17 Oct 1793, proved "3'd Tuesday in Dec'r AD 1793" [17 Dec 1793], names daughter Martha; son Benjamin; heirs of son Amos, son Abner, daughters Mary & Elizabeth, son John, daughter Deborah, sons Isaac and Ebenezer, son in law Gershom Proctor to be sole executor.
