Her name is on the headstone with Ted Warren HUTCHINSON, without a death date (as of the photo). A transcript of her obituary says that a funeral service was held in Florida, and that visitation would be Friday, May 26, 2017, followed by a graveside service at Arlington Cemetery, in Brookville, Ohio, so presumably she was laid to rest with her first husband.
