He brought with him his wife Ann. … He was employed many years about "The Mills," later Glen Mills, under the owner, Mr. Thomas Nelson (130), and the lessee, John Pearson (140). He was buried 21 Dec 1683. The house lot laid out for him, about 1645, was on the south side of William Acy's lot. His will, without date, proved 15 Apr., 1684, mentions son Samuel to have life use of all the estate; wife (unnamed) of son Samuel; children (unnamed) of son Samuel. Son Samuel died before presentation of said will and administration de bonis non was granted, 15 Apr., 1684, to Widow Sarah Prime and Abel Platts (Essex Probate File, 22749).
