(2) Apr. 20, 1908, Harry Livingston Relf, of New Orleans, La.; b. in New Orleans, June 23, 1877; descendant of Sarah Livingston of New York City, who married Lord Stirling. Also descendant of John Witherspoon, 6th president of Princeton University. Mr. Relf is a Spanish war veteran, 2d Lieut, under Col. Elmer E. Wood.
