Mass of Christian Burial for Marie B. Ice, 75, Lawrence, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Lawrence. Inurnment will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery in Lawrence.

Mrs. Ice died Monday, July 4, 2005, at Pioneer Ridge Retirement Community in Lawrence.

She was born May 11, 1930, in St. Cloud, Minn., the daughter of Leo and Sophie Reh Juneski. She lived her entire adult life in Lawrence.

Mrs. Ice retired from Hallmark Cards in 1955. She worked for St. John School running the school cafeteria for 12 years. She was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church, a past member of St. John the Evangelist Church, Daughters of Isabella and the American Legion Auxiliary.

She married Al Ice on May 10, 1952, in Lawrence. He died Oct. 28, 1979.

A son, Dennis Ice, died in May 1995, and an infant daughter, Mary Ice, died earlier.

Survivors include two sons, Lee Ice and Mark Ice, both of Lawrence; a daughter, Marilyn McBride, Lawrence; a brother, Eugene Juneski, Minneapolis; and seven grandchildren.

A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Thursday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence.
