He was born 23-June-1764 in Tulpehocken Twp., Berks Co., Pa., and died 16-September-1833 in Fincastle, Botetourt Co., Virginia. Noted in the Martin Wenger Family sheet: Anna FRANTZ married Abraham URMEY, was paralyzed 16 years before death. John FRANTZ??? Elizabeth FRANTZ married Martin Wenger ( A Wenger line in Grant County, Indiana) Henry FRANTZ administrated the estate. Susannah FRANTZ ??? Magdalena FRANTZ married Henry Wingert, brother to Martin Wenger. Margaret FRANTZ married KINZIE. Catherine FRANTZ married KINZIE; after his death to John GISH. Michael FRANTZ, Jr. married Elizabeth Barnhart. they lived in Jalapa, Indiana. Their daughter, Elizabeth POGUE died August 19, 1942, age 100. Michael FRANTZ's first wife, Marian Elizabeth, died May 8, 1824. His Will was made at Fincastle, VA. 16 September 1833. In that will he mentioned his second wife Hannah, a second marriage.
