Will of Margaret Walker of the County of Davidson & State of Tennessee

1st. I desire that all my debts be promptly paid.

2nd. Gives to the Home [?] Missionary Society the sum of fifty dollars.

3rd. Gives to the Board of Education or the Board of Foreign Missions of the Prebyterian Church fifty dollars, as the Reverend Dr. Edgan & the Reverend Mr. Lapsley may determine.

4th. Gives & bequeath to my son Joseph Walker, his Executors in trust for the sold & separate use of my daughter Catherine R. Lapsley so long as she may live...

5th. All of rest & residue of my property I give & bequeath to my children in equal proportion... my daughter Catherine A. Lapsley & Elisha M. Kay be vested in my son Joseph W. Walker.

Appoints Joseph Norvile & John D. Kelly Executors.
