BIRTH: Morford Historian, April, 1981 includes reprint of The Weekly Coura nt of 20 Jan 1881, published in Randolph New York - which indicates Margaret Morford's birthdate as July 29, 1795 near Princeton, New Jersey. However this issue of the Historian also cites a letter possessed by J. Sheldon Fisher of Fishers, N.Y.,- written by Margaret (Morford) Ewing in 1881 to Helen Pardee Fisher after a visit to Victor, Ontario Co., N.Y., it says: "It gave me great pleasure to visit the place where my parents lived and where I was born....My brother Finley is a grandfather. His daughter Kittee Ewing Peck has a son. They live in Oberlin,Ohio."
