Margaret Mooney was born in 1872 in Birkenhead in Cheshire. She was her parents' second child called Margaret - they'd also had a Margaret who had died as a baby in 1871. Margaret appears in the 1881 census living with her parents and siblings at 25 Back St Anne Street in Birkenhead. By 1891 Margaret had left home and was working as a domestic servant in the Tranmere area of Birkenhead.
On 22nd April 1895, aged 22, she married Edward Kelly, a dock labourer also from Birkenhead. They went on to have at twelve children between 1896 and 1919, although four of them died young.
It appears that Margaret died in 1924, aged 51. Edward outlived her by fourteen years.

d. Margaret KELLY, June Quarter 1924, Birkenhead Registration District, Volume 8a, page 537, aged 49 [1874/5]
Death certificate needs to be obtained to confirm, but this appears to be the only plausible death in the Birkenhead district. There does not appear to have been any other Margaret Kelly in the 1911 census in the district who would be a better match for this death.
