Voluntarily compeared Mary McClymont residing in Barr but lately servant in Almont, confessing that she had lately brought forth in uncleanness a female child. She produced at the same time an acknowledgement duly certified from Gilbert Milroy in Almont that he is the father of her said child. The Kirk Session agreed in the circumstances to take the woman upon discipline, whereupon she was solemnly rebuked by the moderator pro primo and at her request remitted to the Kirk Session of Barr for further discipline and the clerk is at the same time instructed to give extract of minute for such purpose and to state that she is not yet a communicant

Session concluded with a prayer record for Colmonell states -

She was brought up by Gilbert's parents and married in 1894 a George Inglis they moved to Glasgow and had my mother's grandmother Jane Paterson Inglis.
