WEBBER - Margaret Nettie (nee Hein) age 90 years, passed away peacefully at Saskatoon City Hospital on December 16, 1994. The Funeral Service will be held at Park Funeral Chapel, 311 Third Avenue North, on Monday, December 19th at 10:00 A.M., officiated by Rev. Vernon Winter. Surviving are her daughters, <names of living individuals have been removed,> son, <names of living individuals have been removed,> fifteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She is also survived by two sisters, <names of living individuals have been removed> and one sister-in-law, <names of living individuals have been removed> all of Ontario. She was predeceased by her husband, Earnest Webber who died on November 29, 1965, her brother, Joe Hein and four sisters, Martha Beckett, Elsie Felhaber, Mildred Paul and Wilma Weber; one son-in-law, Rethwisch Fells and one granddaughter, Elizabeth Fells. "Grandma" Webber (as she was known by everyone in Delisle) was born at Lyndoch Township, Ontario on May 15, 1904. She married Earnest Webber on February 25, 1925 and moved out West to a farm in the Avondale-Woodlawn district eight miles northwest of Delisle. There she worked side by side with her husband Earnest raising four children through the harsh years that followed. She was a member of Avondale Baptist Church, later transferring to Asquith Baptist Church. They retired from the farm and moved to Delisle in 1961. There Grandma poured her energy into the yard and garden. She had a "green thumb" and she loved anything that grew. There was always a new variety of flowers to be tried. Her greatest love was her family, especially her grandchildren. She extended her love beyond her family to her neighbor's and friend's children, as well, that everyone referred to her as "Grandma." At the age of 90 years, she has lived a long and full life. We cherish her memory and will remember her always. The Honorary Pallbearers are all who knew her and shared in her life. The active pallbearers are George Orchard, Earle Wood, Morris Gessell, Frank Hill, Don Hill, and Barry "Doc" Levinton. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Society, 2078 Halifax Street, Regina, SK S4P 1T7 or the Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation, 701 Queen Street, Saskatoon, SK, S7K 0M7 or a charity of the donor's choice. Arrangements are in care of Park Funeral Chapel.
