Madge Dana, daughter of John Blampin of South Roxton (farmer) in the Province of Quebec, and of Grata Celinda Savage, his wife, was born on the nineteenth day of May (A.D.) one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three; and was baptized on the twentieth day of September (A.D.) one thousand eight hundred and ninety three; by me R.T. Taylor, Incumbent. Witnesses [signed] John R. Blampin, Grata C. Blampin, Sponsor [signed] J.R. Sanborn.

Madge Dana Blampin died on the twentieth day of February of the year nineteen hundred and twenty four aged thirty years and was buried in South Roxton Burial Ground on the twenty second day of the same month and year in the presence of the following witnesses who have signed with us. (signed) brother-in-law Walter Douglas McIndoe & W. J. A. Galbraith, by me W. B.Longhurst, Archdeacon. NOTE: Found in Farnham Anglican for 1924 - probably out of place.
