Howe of Worcester ... being sick and weak", dated 3 Aug 1833, filed 9 Aug 1833, proved 3 Sep 1833 names wife Laura Howe; brothers Solomon Howe, Martin Howe, Stephen Howe, Abel Howe & Eleazar O. Howe; sisters Catharine Gates [sic, some appearance that there was an attempt to correct this to "Gale" by erasing] & Mary Howe; Sarah Day sister of my wife & to Abigail, Hymenius, Philetus, Caleb, Cephas & John her children; Hannah Fisher another sister of my wife & to Hiram Shepherd & Sarah Ann Shepherd her children. Wife to be executrix.
