In the Town of Pleasant Springs, Dane Co., Wis., Sept. 9th, 1865, of dysentery, after an illness of ten days, Mrs. Lydia M. Mills, wife of Dea. Mills, in the 70th year of her age. The deceased experienced religion in early life, and united with the Methodist Church. Subsequently, herself and husband becoming convinced that the Seventh-day is God's Sabbath, united with the Friendship Church, They afterward moved into the bounds of the Hayfield Church, Pa., and united with the brethren there. After moving to Wisconsin, although she neglected to unite with the Church, she yet maintained her profession, and died with the testimony that "Jesus is precious." A. B. P.
