Wife and son Hezekiah to be executors.
Undated: "I being something aged & much unacquainted with business I hereby signifie my desire not to act as an Executor to the Last will & Testament of my late Dec'd husband Luke Rice but I fully accept & am contented with what is bequeathed & would have my son the other Executor act without me.
