This corresponds to the birth record (entry 2) of an unnamed child born to Percy and Katie (McHale) Ford. The parents married 1898 (entry 12), mother died 1905, father living with no family in 1910 (line 46) and 1920 (line 58), while older daughter Martha is living with aunt and uncle in 1910 (line 42). A younger son Thomas died in 1905 in an orphanage, and a younger daughter Kathleen (b. 1902 (record 13113) has not been located.
