PANCOAST Lucy H. Pancoast, age 78, of 85 S. Westmoor. Preceded in death by husband, Brig. Gen. D. F. Pancoast in 1963. Survived by brother, Harry Hall, of Summerside P.E.I., Canada; sons, Robert and James; and daughter, Mrs. Louis Halley; 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery. Arrangements by COOK AND SON FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 1631 Parsons Ave.
