In Shiloh, N. J., 3d mo. 27, sister Lucy West, wife of Mr. Richard R. West, in the 40th year of her age. During her Christian course she gave evidence of having a treasure in heaven. So sudden was her departure, that she had time only to bid her husband and children an affectionate farewell, when the spirit took its everlasting flight to regions of bliss. "Be ye also ready, for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of Man cometh."
