    [Note: all other sources suggest Vermont is the birthplace, and only Ira's first daughter, Mary b. 1809, is recorded in Warwick (Vol. 2, p. 101). Not sure what Allred's basis for this is, but suspect she assumed birth location, incorrectly, though the date matches well the birthdate calculated from age at death, and that may be how she arrived at the birth date. Death record suggests she never married ("maiden", surname still Gale), assertion of marriage apparently caused by gravestone.]
