MRS. JOE SIEBENGA PARKERSBURG - Mrs. Joe Siebenga, 63, died Tuesday morning at her home in Parkersburg. Services at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Christian Reformed Church. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Survivors are her husband; a son, Joseph W., of Parkersburg; three grandchildren; her stepmother, Mrs. Bertha Wiegman, of Parkersburg; a brother, William Wiegman, of Parkersburg; two sisters, Mrs. Kate Calvert of Waterloo, and Mrs. Jake Iebling of Austin, Minn.; a half-brother, Edward Wiegman of Cedar Falls; four half-sisters, Mrs. Robert Thorne, Mrs. Marvin Flesner, and Mrs. Robert Mennen all of Parkersburg, and Mrs. Wayne Calkins of Webster City. Engelkes Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
