Bob Gardner - Jun 26, 2008 View | Viewers I was nosing around the death certificates you can view online in the Kentucky Vital Records Project, and came across the one for Louisa Boggs(she died August 1915). I always check these out with my records to make sure I have the correct information. In doing so I noticed something I had forgotten about and was wondering if any of you may know....

Louisa was first married to Hugh Boggs, son of William Boggs and Ann Johnson, as you may know. They were married in 1855, then Hugh was killed in April 1865 by John Sparks(you've probably read about how Hugh and his cousin James Boggs were killed by Sparks while working in a field, then Hugh's brother Jesse tracked Sparks down and got the family's revenge). Louisa eventually married John "Pune" Boggs in 1889. Between 1865 when Hugh died and 1879, Louisa had 4 more children and I was wondering if anyone knows who fathered them.
