  12. ↑ The Find A Grave memorial gives her birth as Massachusetts when all censuses except one say New York (her husband was born in Mass. presuming why one shows Mass.). The state censuses list her birthplace as Columbia County, Lebanon [New Lebanon?], and Albany County. The 1790 census shows an Abel Jones living in Albany county and one in Columbia County, so it is hard to get a conclusive answer. The Find A Grave memorial for her father claims he was living in New York by 1786.
