    Adams Center - Mrs. Lora Dibble, 78, of 3909 Maple Ave., died at 3:10 p.m. Wednesday at the home of her son, Charles Dibble, 226 Hoard St., Watertown, where she had been living for the past two weeks. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Piddock Funeral Home, Adams, with Rev. Raymond Belcher, pastor of Stone Street Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery, Adams Center. Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Donations maybe made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
    She is survived by three sons, Charles, Watertown, Ronald, Buffalo, and William, Syracuse; a daughter, Mrs. Clinton (Ruth) Killenbeck, Forestport;17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; several; nieces and nephews. A son, Donald, died in infancy.
    Born Feb. 17, 1903 in the Town of Adams, a daughter of Porter and Vinell Saunders Green, she attended local schools. On April 20, 1921 she married Samuel Dibble, in Adams Center. The couple lived in Adams Center all their married life, where Mr. Dibble owned and operated Easy-Go Boat Building for many years. He died March 8, 1978 at the age of 88.
    Mrs. Dibble was a member of the Adams Center Seventh Day Baptist Church and the church Ladies Aid organization. She was also a member of the Home Craft Club and the Adams Senior Citizens.
