DEATHS
The death of Miss Lila B Green, age 55, of Saskatoon occurred in a local hospital on August 29th, 1984. Lila, formerly of Delisle, was Principal of the Marvel Beauty School. She operated a Beauty Salon in Delisle prior to joining the staff at Marvel. Lila was active in sports and outdoor life. She was a member of the Saskatoon Shastas, Spartans and Ramblers ladies softball teams. She completed her schooling at Delisle and also took RPN training at Weyburn Hospital. Lila leaves to mourn her passing a very close friend, Mrs. Patricia Hassel, Saskatoon; her father, Mr. Bill Green, Saskatoon; a sister, <living> of Delisle; three brothers - Ken (Jean) of Rosetown, Howard (Jessie) of Bassano, Alberta and <living> of Hague; a brother-in-law, <living> Ramsay of Saskatoon; and aunts, uncles, cousins, neices and nephews. Lila was predeceased by: her mother, Elaine Green (February 1984); and a sister, Joyce Ramsay (August 1978). A private family service was held in Saskatoon. At Lila's request, her body was donated to the University for humanitarian purposes. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be nade to the charity of your choice.
