Private Levi Lee, age 29, was enrolled on 12 December 1861 at Fairfield, Freestone County, by Captain William C. Wilson. He was mustered into service on 20 December 1861 at Fort Hebert, Virginia Point, Galveston, Texas, by Lt. Barton. He was also paid on 28 February 1862 by Captain Stewart. On 9 September 1862 he was detailed as a teamster. From 31 December 1862 until 30 June 1863, he was listed as missing in the Trans-Mississippi Department. In all subsequent musters he is listed as missing.He never rejoined his regiment but was not listed as a deserter.

Private Robert Lee enrolled and mustered with the two Glenns and was paid on the same date. From 31 February 1862 until 30 June 1863 he was listed as missing in the Trans Mississippi Department and appeared on all subsequent musters as missing but never as a deserter.

Levi enlisted in Co L of the 12th Texas Infantry also. Co. D. 10th Texas Infantry, Civil War
