    "At the request of B. T. Johnson the Following Release was recorded 10 June 1858 Bradley T. Johnson was appointed by the Circuit Court of Frederick County in Equity. Trustee in No. 2689 Equity to make sale of certain lands to the proceeds of which the heirs and widow of James Wilson are entitled
    and whereas Letitia Wilson his widow was on the 8th day of April 1857 by the Orphans Court for Cecil County appointed Guardian of James M. Wilson Hugh T Wilson and Columbus W Wilson infant heirs of said James Wilson deceased and whereas Martha E Wilson is his only other heir and is of full age"
