    Case 16710: Leonard Parker , 1759.

    10 Jul 1757, the selectmen of Groton: James Prescott, Amos Laurance, and Abel Laurence notify the judge of probate that as "ye said Leonard to be a Person non Compos & is thereby rendered unfit to make Proper Bargains act on - manage his own Business, we do therefore desier your Hon'r to appoint some Proper Person as a Gardian".
    16 Jul 1759 Israel Hobart of Groton gives Bond as guardian of Leonard Parker of Groton aforesaid.
    29 Oct 1759: an inventory of estate of Leonard Parker of Groton ["who is a Person declared Non compos"] taken.
    Guardian's account contains allowance for work done by Leonard Parker in March and April 1760, payment "to Peter Parker for grave & coffen" "House rent since his deses". Approved by selectmen 10 Apr 1761.
    30 Apr 1761 Abigail Parker has no objection to guardian's account. Approved 15 Jun 1761
