To wife Ann, extx., dwelling plantation —— during life, at her decease to sons Leonard and Riohard and their hrs.; shd. either die during minority portion of dec'd. to son Oswald and hrs.; also 1/3 of personal estate.

To son Oswald, money in England.

To sons Baker, Oswald, Leonard and Richard, and daus. Ann, Katherine, Jane, Mary and Henrietta, residue of personal estate.
