Text: Mrs. Lena ALLEN died of consumption at her home in Bloomington last Thursday, after an illness of three months. Her maiden name was MOOD and she was raised in Center Township. She was born December 1, 1888, united with the Baptist church at Stanford, September 17, 1902 and was united in marriage to Ethan ALLEN September 8, 1905. She was esteemed by all who knew her. The funeral services were conducted by the Rev. T. J. CLARK last Friday afternoon and the remains were laid to rest in the Rose Hill Cemetery, at Bloomington.
