    Will of "Lemuel Paine of Foxborough ... Being sick in Body", dated 27 Jun 1794, proved , names wife Rachel; son Lemule; second son [expect provision made for him by his grandfather with whom he now dwells]; son Fredrick; two daughters Esther and Rachel. Wife to be executrix.
    3 Feb 1795: Rachel Paine refuses executorship, requests Asa Paine of Foxborough be appointed administrator. His bond given same date.
    3 Feb 1795: Bond of Rachel Paine Widow of Foxborough as guardian of Lemuel & Asa Paine above fourteen, of Frederick, Esther & Rachel Paine, under fourteen, all children of Lemuel Paine late of Foxborough.
