Don: John Hugh Foster was my g-g grandfather (Daniel Clark Langford/Martha Foster were my g-grandparents, John Flowers Hester/Lucy Ella Langford were my grandparents). I have (copied) pages out of the Foster bible and thought you might be interested to learn that John Hugh was married a third time ... between his marriage to Rebecca Ogden and Margaret J. Victoria (Lewis) Fryer, he was married to Leah Jane (Kennedy) Easley .. according to the Bible record, they were married on March 27, 1870 and she died March 11, 1872. There was no mention of children, so don't know how or what she died of. He married Margaret Victoria on July 9, 1872.
There's quite a lot of info, even though much of it is very hard to read due to the quality of the copy.
