    Mrs. Laura R. Barnell Dies in Redkey Home

    REDKEY, Ind. - Mrs. Laura Rose Barnell, 89, life-long resident of Redkey, died at her home Saturday evening after an extended illness. She was a member of the Methodist Church and Order of Eastern Star. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Elpha Miller and Mrs. Edna Andars, both of Redkey, and Mrs. Frances Skillman, Indianapolis ; a son, William, Redkey ; five grandchildren ; 12 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Methodist Church. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Friends may call at the Jones Mortuary after 1 p.m. Monday. Candlelight services will be conducted by the Eastern Star at 8 p.m. Monday.
