Facts and Events
The Albia Union Newspaper wrote in an article about Rebecca Byer’s 80th birthday party: “The occasion also celebrated the marriage of Dr. A. G. Byers to a Kellerton lady in Des Moines January 14th[1920]. The bride and groom came to Albia the last day of the week and spent a few days with home folks.”
