MUIR Services for Kenneth Allen Muir, 32, of County Route 30A, Williamstown, who was pronounced dead Sunday, September 29, 1985, at Oswego Hospital after a car-motorcycle accident, were... Thursday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown. ..Mr. Muir was born in Syracuse and graduated from Copenhagen (N.Y.) High School. He was a security guard with the New York State Power Authority at Nine Mile Point. Mr. Muir was a member of the Williamstown Fire Department. Surviving are his wife, Beatrice; two sons, Kenneth M. Jr. and David M.; two stepsons, Richard Earl Cook Jr. and Christopher E. Cook; two stepdaughters, Christine Ann Cook and Shelley Ann Cook; his father, Vernon M. Muir of Vero Beach, Fla.; his mother, Jeanne Seamans of Copenhagen; a brother, Thomas E. Muir of Mississippi; three sisters, Gloria Piatt of Red Cliff, Ky., Bonnie Jones of Wellsville and Elizabeth Kloster of Belfort; five half-sisters, Pamela Seamans and Roberta Aubin, both of Copenhagen, Patricia Forbes of Utah, and Tina and Sara Muir, both of Florida; four halfbrothers, Herbert Seamans of Copenhagen and Timothy, Ernest and Robin Muir, all of Florida; his paternal grandmother, Alice Muir of Williamstown; and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Rex Veley of Ellisburg.
