    Kathryn Virginia Higgins, 76, of Belmont died Thursday at St. Joseph's
    Hospital.

    Mrs. Higgins was a member of Zoar Baptist Church.

    She was born in Pleasants County, a daughter of the late Jefferson and
    Elizabeth Cox Wilson.

    She is survived by two sons, Garold Cox and Gorden Higgins, both of
    St. Marys; five daughters, Evelyn Rupert and Marsha Felter, both of St.
    Marys, Harriett Higgins and Joann Skinner, both of Belmont, and Fonda
    Brothers of Shultz; two sisters, June Sauers of St. Marys and Alice Little
    of New Cumberland; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two stepgreat-
    grandchildren and two stepgreat-great-grandchildren.

    She was preceded in death by her husband, William Wesley Higgin
    1978, three grandchildren, two sisters and three brothers.

    Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Ruttencutter Funeral Home,
    St. Marys, with Evangelist Bob Eddy officiating. Burial will be in Mou
    Pleasant Cemetery, Federal Ridge, Pleasants County.

    Friends may call at the funeral home from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. today and 9
    a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.
