In Madison, Wis., April 9, 1889, Justin M. Hull, M. D., aged 43 years and 10 months. The deceased was the son of the late Eld. O. P. Hull. He enlisted in the war of the rebellion when a little past 17 years of age, was a member of Co. L, 3d Wisconsin Volunteer Cavalry. He had been a member of the Legislature of the State of Iowa. He was twice appointed by the Governors of Iowa a member of the State Board of Health. His remains were brought to Milton and interred April 12th; the pastor of the Milton Church officiating, assisted by Rev. Dr. Wardner. He leaves a widow, a son and daughter, who deeply mourn his decease.
