    "3. Josiah2 Reed (William1) was born in Weymouth. Massachusetts circa 1643 and died at Norwich. Connecticut on 3 July 1717. He married at Marshfield, Massachusetts in November 1666 Grace Holloway, daughter of William and Grace (_____) Holloway and sister of Hannah Holloway who married Josiah's brother John. Grace was of age on 31 October 1666 to receive from her step-father, John Phillips, her portion of her deceased father's estate. She died in Norwich, Connecticut on 9 May 1727."
